Because no two customers are the same, we believe in the uniqueness of each customer and therefore would closely evaluate and work with each customer to identify their exact requirement before providing them with a tailor made solution for them.

We strongly believe in building a relationship with our customer by paying close attention to each customer both during and after our contract with follow-ups and visits. This is because one satisfies customer is worth more than a few unsatisfied customers, both tangibly and intangibly.

Whether it’s a requirement for an aircraft, engines, spare parts, training, cockpit and cabin crew or just consultancy on the various aspect of the industry, we aim to exceed our customer expectation at below expectation prices.

History

Began as a vision of a banker working in the industry in 1988, the vision took shape when it began its operation and open its first office in 1991 in London.

Slowly but surely, the company began winning contracts form other major suppliers for spare parts and in 1993 began trading in commercial aircraft with BAe 146’s and MD11 as some of the first contracts. Subsequently, in 1999 it moves into the maintenance industry with a contract for six aircrafts in the first year in the sector.

We still remain as a private company to enable us to be stream line and decision making can be done with minimum bureaucracy. Today, the company has a multinational team located around the world who closely work with Airlines (International, Regional and Low-cost), Start-ups, VIP’s, OEM’s and various authorize centres to establish it self as a force in the aviation industry.
